By far the best service and auto care experience in Honolulu yet. This is old school, full service, local style hospitality at reasonable prices! My rear driverโs side brake light went out so I went to OโReilly and they recommended I take it to Burts to get it changed out. I was at Burts just before 8am and had my light changed and done by 8:10 and they only charged me $5!!!! Iโm doing ALL my car care and maintenance with them as much as I can from now on!

It was the weekend and I was really panicking because all the tire shops were closed. This was the only place open, and they fixed my flat tire right away. Everyone was very kind and helpful. Thank you so much!

Now they don't change the lights like they useto when you went for safety check. Usually they only at lights that are not working and they change it. They always concentrate on lights and windshield wipers. The service change so much now u gotta change a relector which has nothing to do lights. Before u get ur safety check. Customer service went down but I love the workers over there that check ur engine etc

Donnell at Burt's Union Services was a real gentleman! I had called asking if they could get me in for a car battery replacement that morning and he was quick to recognize my voice as soon as I arrived. Before we started he was able to check my battery to see if it even needed replacement & thankfully I didn't! He seemed just happy to help despite losing out on a business transaction in that moment. As a female customer at an auto shop, I was so grateful for honesty! He got a tip from me & any future auto business I may need!
